UTOPIA group exhibition, art residence Ortachala, Tbilisi
Floral art by Kseniia Tiuleneva
Explore the delicate balance between utopia and its limits. Each object by one of the 20 artists is a fragment of a narrative about the search for the ideal, the inevitability of disillusionment and the confrontation with unanswered questions, expressed in a variety of media — from site-generated art and installations to performance, photography and painting. UTOPIA is a dynamic space where the real and the illusory are constantly intertwined, inviting viewers to join the conversation and ask themselves: does utopia exist, or is it just an elusive mirage? The exhibition took place in an unusual setting — in an apartment building transformed into a center and space for artists to live together. Visitors had the opportunity to explore the artworks scattered throughout the rooms and garden and feel how the space reinforced the idea behind each object.
